I first saw this clip on Mock, Paper, Scissors, so I am sure everyone reading this has seen it to, but just in case here it is, the South Carolina contestant on Miss Teen America.
Now of course, we need to see her when she is under real pressure like calling 911, so someone graciously has a clip of that as well.

Hilarious! That's the shoes guy, isn't it?
My high school was full of similar creatures. Most of them got married the day after they graduated college. They posted their wedding pictures, taken in arty black and white in front of an antebellum home.
Now they are thirty pounds heavier and have three little boys who were born wearing backwards baseball hats.
