Movie Review- The Kite Runner

I had read this book and was interested when they turned it into a movie. I thought it was well done. The film is well directed and acted by all. The boys who play the parts of Amir and Hassan do a good job of demonstrating the undying loyalty that Hassan has for Amir and the lack of understanding of this by Amir. I didn't think that much of the book was taken out of the film as does seem to happen many times when a film is adapted from a book, but I also have not read the book in a while and so I may be mistaken on this account.

I also recommend this film as it is well done and gives an interesting perspective into an area that I did not know a lot about, but I would recommend the book as well and possibly reading the book before watching the movie.
